So imagine being asleep on a couch in the living room and waking up to knocking at the front door. Opening the door to reveal a girl, who was fine, and a guy whose face was beat up, bloody, and possible shards of glass in his face asking you to call 911, saying ‘okay hold on’ and closing the door…to get the phone. That was what happened to me 2:00 this morning.
Scary guy who was obviously drinking came up to my dads house and asked for me to call the cops. By then everyone else in the house was up and someone had called for them. I had thought they were in a car crash and the guy got the worst of it but he was apparently a neighbor from a crazy house 2 houses away….only in franklinville i guess. :P
5 minutes after calling 4 cop cars show up and an ambulance 5 minutes after that. They were getting info when he was asked if he wanted to go to the hospital. He instead asked the officers and EMTs (right?) to help him move all of his stuff from his house and to take him to a bus stop so he can go to a hotel. I quote an officer in saying ‘We ain’t a taxi!’. So they moved down to the house he was at and most likely got in a fight at and we went to bed. But it was really weird to see 2:00 in the morning. haha.
And now I am home after a few days of bus rides, magic cards, and being lazy and watching a lot of TV. I missed my computer… but of course I come home to my room being torn apart by my sister after she had to print directions to places. So that was fun… But atleast I am with my computer…and I missed my playlist of Ben Folds which I believe I have become addicted to… Jim likes good music. Damn you James Chwalyk: King of the Wild Frontier! But thanks too. :P
Now as promised…goals for 2009!!
I’ll categorize them a little because I have goals for different things.
Life/for myself
- Start a new relationship: I did enjoy the single life that I have had for a little while…but Valentines day made me realize I miss being in a relationship.
- Learn Japanese: I just think it’d be awesome to watch Heroes or some Anime without need the subtitles. :P
- GET THAT FREAKIN LICENSE!!
- Lose some weight and go to the gym.
- Keep this blog up and maybe get a few views on it. Sure maybe 3 people will read it but I’m still doing this for me. and feedback from friends and others will be a nice add on. =]
- Get a job to get some money in the pocket!…this may be overlooked due to DeMolay…which brings me to….
DeMolay
- Run for an Elected office. Thats right it is official and I will run for an elected officer in June for the ’09-’10 year. More on that will come later…and a lot of it most likely. =D
- Learn a lot more parts. I really only know basic things and a few installation parts…but I want to expand my knowledge of it all.
- Help my home chapter by getting new members and becoming stable. Hopefully soon.
School
- Bring my grades up some. I’m off to a better start then I was last semester but I gotta keep it up. =D
